South Philippine Adventist College successfully held a bloodletting drive on September 19, 2025, with the theme “Give Life, Share Hope.” Students, faculty, staff, and visitors from nearby communities took part in the initiative, united by the mission of saving lives and spreading hope through blood donation.
The drive was facilitated by the Blood Letting Team led by medical technologists, nurses, and doctors including Ma. Lourdes B. Guerra, RMT, MT IV; Luis Paolo Agbisit, RMT; Hiede Cabaña, RMT; Ian Ismael Crisanto, RMT; Cheena Lyneth Stella, RMT; Shineth Prechemae Tigley Heyasa, RMT; Jerico Miguel Witara, RMT; Jennifer Lariosa, RN; Richard Dingding, ADA IV; Raniel Rodriguez, ADA IV; Marianne B. Castillones, RMT, MD; and Ma. Kahren Pascua, MD.
The event was made possible through the support of the College Student Government (CSG), National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC), Community Extension Services (CES), and the SPAC Church.
SPAC highlighted that every donation is a gift of life, offering hope to patients and families facing medical challenges. Participants expressed fulfilment in being part of the cause, reflecting the college’s commitment to compassion and community service.
