ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Content Requirements

  • Written in English, maximum of 250 words.
  • Must clearly present and outline the research purpose, methods, results, and significance.
  • At the end, three to five keywords must be provided.
  • Must align with at least one conference track (see below).

Submission Requirements

  • A scanned copy of the presenter's valid ID must be attached, along with the abstract file.
  • Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), named: KALIMUHAGAN2026_LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.docx

  • Last day of registration for Attendees/Non-Presenters: October 2
  • Last day of registration and submission of abstract for Presenters: September 18
  • Late registrations will not be accepted.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted after payment, so please be sure before making any payments.
  • Please make sure of your availability before completing your registration and payment.
